Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Chandra Snacks, we want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please Contact Us our customer service team at chandrasnacks@yahoo.com to initiate a Return, Refund and Cancellation request.

Returns:

We accept returns for most of our products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, please contact us at chandrasnacks@yahoo.com. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return.

Cancellation:

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at chandrasnacks@yahoo.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Fraudulent Transactions:

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of our website’s terms of use. In such cases, the customer’s account may be denied access to our site or the ability to purchase products in the future.
